all I’m going to say, is don’t be a black woman in her courtroom without a lawyer. She will not hear you out, I’ve seen her ruin a young woman’s life, and then when that same woman came back with a lawyer she totally overturned the case. but the damage had already been done because it was already placed on her record the first time. it was disgusting to see what happened.

child custody battle. we had 50/50 until the mom made bogus false claims of abuse about me. judge Ogden wrote into her order events that never happened. we came back to court a year later with actual documented proof in several formats, that the mom knew it was all false to begin with. but judge Ogden refused to see it. she took away the little parenting time I did have at the time which was every other weekend. she ordered supervised visits at a court order facility where we have to pay to use the facility and have to pay the supervisor for their time. she told us we had to pay a GAL she chose $1200 up front within 3 days. we tried. we really did. but we couldn’t make it work. I havent seen my daughter in 2 years.

Absolutely disgusting lawyer who doesn't adhere to any legal standards. This judge was reprimanded by the state for her actions. Legal Knowledge: Her ability to serve the law.

“A court’s role in custody disputes is to bring order and stability, not invite chaos as the circuit court did here.” KY Court of Appeals Justice Combs “The Chief Judge is troubled by Judge Ogden’s apparent disregard of the Court of Appeal’s Order reversing and remanding.” KY Supreme Court Justice Lambert “With due respect to the presiding judge below, when both parties contend they have documentary evidence to support their claims, resolution is not simply a matter of “the standard is very low. I just have to decide who to believe.”” KY Court of Appeals Justice Acree “…the family court compounded its erroneous course of conduct by wholly overlooking and failing to consider and if the relevant statutes concerning its jurisdiction or an award of temporary custody. As a result the child—more so than the adults— has been the most aggrieved.”. KY Court of Appeaks Justice Combs

Divorce Legal Knowledge: judge stated in open court she does not have to abide by the law. Fairness & Impartiality: Refused to allow critical evidence due to “that not being the case” in her own divorce. Awarded other party 3x the attorney fees she was asking for. ignored agreed upon terms from mediation Communication: actually said in open court she is not bound by law to explain herself Timeliness: did whatever whenever she felt like it
