She decides the fate of a child baed on her feelings and not the facts of the case. She found a mother who admitted to lying multiple times including one time on an EPO as credible and a dad who never lied in legal proceedings to not be credible. In a final decision, she said the mother was credible and the dad didn't produce any proof even though he provided the needed receipts.

Fairness & Impartiality: This judge has a strong bias in favor of females in her court. Even when the mother repeatedly violates court orders, admits to falsifying allegations against her current male partner in order to conceal her substance abuse from the father in this case, has no consistent work experience or residency, zero education yet somehow while representing herself while the father has legal representation all motions and judgements were ruled in her favor. Possible, but highly unlikely. Ordered an FOC attorney yet did not take his recommendation. Even though mom admitted in court to lying found mothers testimony credible without evidence. Ignored relevant claims of prudgey by the father's attorney while testifying in her own court. Claimed that mother was credible witness to her own claims, but the father's similar claims were discredited. Legal Knowledge: Mother didn't provide proof yet all judgements went to the mother.

Parental Custody Legal Knowledge: Rules in favor of a mother who walked out on her family, and comitted adultery, while leaving the father with a mountain of debt. Who admitted on her stand to falsifying an EPO because she didn't want to take accountability for her substance abuse (but the father is somehow responsible for proving that). Who withholds custody from the father whenever she feels like it. Who moved three and half hours away with the child w/o notifying the father. Who refused to give the father her address, so that he knows where his daughter is, despite being ordered to. Who has been evicted from numerous homes over the past six years. Who hasn't held a steady job her entire life. Who looks for any and every opportunity to get a government handout. Who forges her own daughters schoolwork, so that she (the mother) can't be held accountable for failing at the one task she was responsible for since she insisted on homeschooling herself (kid can't read, write, or do basic math when with his family, but somehow aces everything she does with Mom). She found that women to be a credible witness over a father who's had the same job and home for 15 years, has never used or had a substance abuse issue, and has no criminal record. This woman is an activist who has a strong bias and inclination for ruling in favor of the female. There's no way you can come out of our experience in her courtroom, knowing the relevant parties, and come to ANY other conclusion. Judicial Temperament: Can't speak to it. Timeliness: At least she has that going for her, I guess.

Judge Russell is fair, for the most part. the previous judge would throw things out for all kinds of reasons, and often, but this judge listens maybe too much, to garbage. overall I think she’s trying to do a good job. Legal Knowledge: still seems unsure about some procedural issues Judicial Temperament: you can tell the job is starting to get to her, but she tries to be pleasant to everyone. her irritability is starting to show Communication: sometimes can be short when there are legitimate concerns. Timeliness: she does get orders out fairly quick.

Legal Knowledge: rulling to permanent change my sons life without listening to the mother who is the one that raised him his whole life!!
