Communication: poor Legal Knowledge: laughable … does not understand basic law or rules or how to conduct his court room. allows Jim Murphy to “ dog walk” him around his own court room Fairness & Impartiality: is not objective…favors white prople ( I am white) but don’t think it’s fair. Judicial Temperament: thin skinned and a liar Timeliness: would have given a zero if this had been an option

Fairness & Impartiality: acts impartial to your face and then writes biased orders (or is it his staff attorney?). let’s his third party appointments run their mouth, be unethical and influence/act in a way other counsel or litigants cannot. Judicial Temperament: snapped over something petty in court once but overall is professional and respectful of the people in his courtroom. Communication: orders are so vague and whoever is writing them isn’t paying attention to the case Timeliness: cancels, kicks the can down the road, takes forever to get orders out.

Did not follow UCCJEA. Bias. ignored motion of enforcement of forgein custody order. made rulings not according to the KY law and UCCJEA. ignored neglect, abuse, school fraud and medical fraud regarding my missing daughter.

Laziest judge ever. No control over his schedule. Blatant disrespect toward him by third parties. Legal Knowledge: Doesn't understand basic due process and rules of Motion Hour Fairness & Impartiality: Only after you are in front of him 6 to 9 months Communication: Copy and pasted things that didn't make sense for why he would not find other party in contempt. "Clear and Convincing... Blah. Blah."

Legal Knowledge: I have never heard or seen him quote actual law. Everything he decides seems to be prejudiced to his personal opinion not the law. Fairness & Impartiality: He is anything but fair or impartial! It is clear he has his mind made up before heading all the evidence and from both parties. Judicial Temperament: In a previous case he disliked my lawyer so much, because she was holding him accountable and to the letter of the law, that he threatened her with contempt! He is again very closed minded to his own personal believes. Communication: He is known for saying one thing in court then doing a another in his actually written ruling. Timeliness: Always runs late and leaves early. While court is in session he does not take control and keep things timely for other cases. My case got bumped and encouraged for lawyers to work it out instead. That was not a good outcome for me. Time has passed that didn't work and now we’ll have to see him again.
