family court case Legal Knowledge: Cares more about moving on to the next case and his day over with. Seems burnt out. Fairness & Impartiality: Will only ask one party of what's going on. If you don't have an attorney. He will not ask you anything. Judicial Temperament: Gets super emotional, super quick. Communication: Emotional communication Timeliness: The quicker the case is over with, the quicker he can move on to the next case.

EPO, custody, CPS Communication: still not sure why we are having to come back. this will be our 4th time. edit to add: fourth time here and he’s late again. shocker Legal Knowledge: allowed half of the case to be heard without me present then I was allowed in the courtroom where they already had dropped the EPO down without my consent or knowledge. never let me speak & moved it to a new date. this can’t be legal to have a hearing but I’m not allowed to hear everything?? he does not read the case file apparently or listen to the suggestions of experts and CPS. he does whatever he wants to do bc he can. Fairness & Impartiality: again had half the hearing without my knowledge. Judicial Temperament: wasn’t a diva like others have said. don’t read pertinent information in the case file. Timeliness: didn’t start on time. late again

Child Support Communication: He stated one tbing in court, but the order he sent out was the exact opposite. My attorney and I were both confused. Legal Knowledge: The judge said he would not factor the cost of bridge tolls and car insurance from my child support as those are not considered in child support yet he did. He said my daughters father was “doing his best” and while he did not exercise 50/50 custody he called my daughter daily. Fairness & Impartiality: It took three years for me to get a hearing. He allowed Dennis Simms to run him and his court room. Judicial Temperament: I was actually warned he was extremely rude and would often times yell at people. He was actually nice in court. Timeliness: We had a ruling within a month. I was in the hospital and unable to make a court appearance, so the judge ruled against me that I needed to pay his attorney fees because I was unable to attend court because I was literally in the hospital for a week

Durign my case the judge can be seen playing on his pohone and not even caring about why we were their, choose to believe the word of a respondent over the certified documents from doctors and nurses

Custody and EPO Legal Knowledge: Bryan has an illegal DVO separating and alienating me from my children. Fairness & Impartiality: Bryan gave full custody to my abusive ex-husband. He was given evidence of his abuse of myself and abuse and neglect of my children. Judicial Temperament: Bryan did not give me due process.
