ex-husband hadn’t seen daughter in 12 years (she is now 15). in his motion he cited due to substance misuse issues and legal issues. requests reunification therapy and child support modification. during MOTION HOUR my attorney objected to the request of reunification therapy and insisted upon a hearing. judge Johnson denied a hearing and approved the motion. not one question asked. just, he is the father so he has rights. now I have a 15yr old teenage girl in complete distress and panic and I’m responsible for paying for therapy that I completely disagree with, doing all of the transporting, and dealing with all the emotion distress that her lack of concern for my child’s wellbeing has caused. Fairness & Impartiality: My child was not treated fairly in this judgment. there should have been a hearing to discuss the possibility of reunification therapy between both parties. Timeliness: I guess her decision was extremely punctual however with such a big decision should have come more time and consideration. not just, get off my docket and let someone else deal with this issue.

judge Angela Johnson knowing took my parental rights away from me when she was told by the head CPS worker that other CPS workers on my case was sabotaging my case and lying on me! my name is tawnya Bateman!! my children are the Bateman children who they gave to the turners not 1 time but 2 times after they called and made several false CPS reports and was placed in their custody All to be really abused and neglected as well as myself!! my son's Isaiah and Christopher Bateman have lived through extreme amounts of abuse because of this woman and this court! and my daughter tiauna is living with an abusive sex predator that I can't protect!! this woman is a monster!! she has no business being around or working with children period I said what I said!!

This LAZYYYY ass bitch is completely WORTHLESS!!! She’s NEVER prepared for motion hours or hearings simply because she’s too damn LAZYYY and incompetent. This POS is RUINING the lives of families and children. God see’s what you’re doing (or NOT doing for that matter!) I know your momma raised you better!!!) I know Ms. Ruth did NOT teach you to be so LAZYYYY!!! Do your damn job. According to your 1.0 rating, which I don’t see changing EVER, I think I’d be looking for another job. She takes FOREVER to make a ruling and her rulings always make ZERO sense. ZERO COMMUNICATION….like she’s THAT busy! 🙄Well, maybe she is too busy trying to be a tic-tok influencer like her little buddies or too busy eating or texting while on the bench DURING a hearing! She doesn’t even have a clue what she’s making a ruling on because she’s too lazy to review first. Wish I could give a zero for ALL these categories!! Look forward to all the other negative reviews she’ll be receiving! How’d she even get voted in as a judge?! Get her off the bench!! Lazy!! I’ve had 4 attorneys tell me, “she’s unpredictable, you NEVER know with her, she doesn’t follow the law (hence Matt Bevins) and your ruling will depend on what side of the bed she wakes up on that day (and I’m SURE her lazy ass sleeps all day too)…:but the ruling will take her about 9-12 months or LONGER because she’s LAZY AF, so don’t get in a hurry.” I see why so many say that now and why SO many attorneys cannot stand her and cannot STAND to be in front of her in a courtroom, including GAL’s, attorneys and FOC’s!!!! Bottom line, you’re gonna lose in the end because you’re unfair and unjust and God sees it all. Your days as a privileged judge are numbered! I personally couldn’t live with myself if I were a judge like yourself. Legal Knowledge: LAZY! LAZY! LAZY! I can’t even say it enough!! Doesn’t even bother to read motions or affidavits BEFORE hearing or motion hour, ALWAYS unprepared and completely BIAS!!! She doesn’t deserve a seat on the bench! And tbh, idek how she passed law school much less was elected as a judge, as LAZY as she is!!!! It’s UNBELIEVABLE how long this bitch takes to make a simple ruling!! Like what else are you doing besides sitting on the couch eating?! It’s definitely NOT working I can promise you that!! It’s time for her to GO!! Go listen in on her motion hours. It’s a joke! She doesn’t think she has to obey the law, hence the Matt Bevins case. 😂😂 That dude wanted her to recuse herself (like everyone else does because she’s LAZY and SUCKS as a judge) and she refused because of POWER but look who won and rightfully so. NOT HER!!! I don’t blame him! She thinks she has more power than she actually does! She’s SO friggin bias but even more, she is LAZY and worthless and can be easily paid off and REPLACED!! A 6 year old could do better than her!! Seriously!! All attorneys would agree!
