Legal Knowledge: 60 day failure to indict is just a suggestion. Holding and not releasing after no indictment after 60 days. Motions filed but incarcerated individuals not released and held in custody. Appears as if this is the standard. Why even have 60 day failure to indict if it's not followed?

Judge Spaulding is a horrible judge. He bullies junior attorneys, makes threats that are outside of the judicial scope. He has taken children from military member parents just because the serve our country and gives them to the drug addict, abusive, or neglectful parents. He doesn't apply law correctly according to standards and just as he wants. He is very biased, rude, doesn't keep proper decorum in his court, lashes out at men specifically, defendant or plaintiff. The state will not do anything because he is a state special attorney. He also loves to consume alot of alcohol while out in public and decides to drive afterwards. local and state police have been notified but they refuse to do anything. Legal Knowledge: refuses to follow the written law and just go off of laws that have been superseded by newer laws. Fairness & Impartiality: very biased towards men, especially fathers, and towards military service members. thinks all service members are " messed up in the head." his words, not mine. Judicial Temperament: will lash out at any defendant or plaintiff if he is having a bad day. Communication: has the communication skills of a 5 year old. Timeliness: Purposely delays
