child visitation Legal Knowledge: this judge does not do what's in the best Interest of children. I witnessed him ignore cps order and after no contact with the mother,sent the child back knowing mother was homeless and using drugs. treated the father like he had something against him.Father had just spent thousands of dollars to get custody. Mom asks for visitation and the judge gives the child back period! Said he did not care that the mother was homeless he wasn't changing it! He's very unprofessional and smirks at you in a very hahaha kind of way! Fairness & Impartiality: absolutely does not treat you right much less fair! He is very i do what I want and doesn't care how it affects the child! He's a disgrace! Judicial Temperament: none! The attitude and demeanor is awful and shows that he does not care about children nor the families he destroys! Communication: He doesn't try to be clear he tries to be in charge! He ruins children's lives for a living! Timeliness: He milks and has you come back as many times as he can! This is what pays the bills! This guy hurts children with his rulings!
