She violates constitutional due process. She is biased and rude and mocks individuals in her court. Judicial Temperament: She yells and is extremely disrespectful.

Judge Brislin is corrupt and she colludes with attorneys that are in her "Circle." She's blatantly biased and she abuses her power. She makes rulings with ZERO evidence, KNOWINGLY helps her "Friends" and their clients commit fraud on the court, and she violates parties due process, and constitutional rights. She needs to be REMOVED from the bench and have her law license REVOKED! Legal Knowledge: Judge Brislin thinks she can override federal law. She constantly changes her orders every single time opposing counsel wants more money. Judge Brislin went as far to allow opposing party to forego maintenance just so the fraud on the court wouldn't get into the record. Later, many years after the final hearing and stopping maintenance, she's recharacterized all debt, including property settlement, as domestic spousal support. This is NOT how the law works! This is an abuse of her power and it's illegal. Fairness & Impartiality: Judge Brislin gave a house away in an ex-parte hearing. She and oppoisng counsel ADMITTED they didn't give one party the Zoom link for the hearing. Opposing party has NEVER had to follow ANY mediated agreements and/or orders. However, the other party is held to different standards. Judicial Temperament: Anytime I'd try to get the fraud on the record, judge Brislin would yell at me, interrupt me, mute me, and she even kicked me off the Zoom hearing in one of my last hearings in her court. Judge Brislin would finally recuse herself because she GOT CAUGHT rubber stamping orders for opposing counsel. Communication: Judge Brislin LOVES to use word salad and give the "Appearance" that she's doing her job and being impartial. However, it's all a ruse. Timeliness: Given that her cases are "Pre-worked" and decided on BEFORE the trial, her decisions are "Timely" for those that she's in bed with.

CPS child removal TPR Fairness & Impartiality: repeatedly showed disdain for parents. I routinely experienced her ignoring factual evidence that supported parents in favor of the opinions of state workers. She allowed a hearing to proceed with me left out despite knowing I was present. If the state said something was true, she showed no interest in hearing testimony or evidence from parents or their attorneys.

I have been in front of Judge Brislin countless times because my ex-husband filed a motion to get full custody of our teenage daughter. The case has been going on for over four years and Brislin has never ruled on anything. We go to court every few months and she is always making excuses for his non-payment, his absence and even his physical abuse. Brislin doesn’t seem to care and is always making me jump through hoops. My daughter is now 18 and Brislin won’t dismiss the case and is still making us go to court. Legal Knowledge: Why are we still in a custody dispute when my child is over 18 and her father is a deadbeat and abusive, Judge Brislin? Fairness & Impartiality: Brislin has never even talked to the teenager in this case. She won’t even let her in the courtroom. Judicial Temperament: Anything will set this judge off. Communication: She communicates nothing to the people in her courtroom. Timeliness: We have been in her courtroom for over 4 years and nothing is settled.
