I was a witness in a probate hearing in front of Judge Goodman Communication: Judge Goodman explained nothing, insulted every woman in the courtroom, made her ruling with no explanation as to why. Legal Knowledge: Judge Goodman did everything she could to discredit the witnesses for the plaintiff for no reason whatsoever. She wasn’t interested in the truth. Fairness & Impartiality: It was very clear that Judge Goodman had made up her mind before court even started Judicial Temperament: Judge Goodman talked over every attorney and witness, and even cross examined me longer than both attorneys put together. She asked me questions about my sobriety in which I had been sober for many years and had nothing to do with the case. Timeliness: Even after her decision, it took forever for her to file the necessary paperwork so the family could move on. It was awful.
