Fairness & Impartiality: This judge made several disparaging remarks to both myself and my spouse that were very much out of line. She insinuated that my spouse was a sexual predator when there had been zero concerns of such raised by any individual in the case. She commented that at least we keep showing up when we had done so much more than just show up. She allowed a guardian ad litem to make false and baseless allegations on my children. The same attorney shouted at my attorney in the court room and violently shook a chair about, she said absolutely nothing to him about his inappropriate court room behavior.
