custody, CPS case and child support Fairness & Impartiality: my son was a party of a CPS and Custody Hearing. He was waiting in the hallway like everyone else to be called in for his case. The court came out and took his wife and her witness in for the hearing and they didn’t call the case to allow him to be heard. we saw the social worker come out of the courtroom and asked her when he would be called in. she said that the judge had already ruled on the case. The court snuck his wife and her witness out the other door to the courtroom to escape without being seen. Communication: only explanation was given to my son’s wife. Timeliness: My daughter in law got an instant decision and my son who wasn’t even called in to the hearing had to wait for a written judgement.
