Legal Knowledge: Some experiences stay with you forever. ❤️ Most people will go through life without ever stepping into Family Court. But for the families who do, the judge sitting on the other side of that bench can mean everything. Our family has experienced Judge Monica Meredith’s courtroom during two incredibly important chapters of our lives. My daughter was adopted through her courtroom, making that day one of the most special and emotional days our family has ever experienced. And today, our current foster daughter also has Judge Meredith as her judge, giving us another perspective on just how much Family Court matters to the children and families who are living through these situations. When you’re walking through adoption, foster care, custody, or other difficult family circumstances, these aren’t just cases on a docket. These are our children. These are our families. These are our lives. Most people may never understand what it feels like to sit in Family Court and have decisions made that can profoundly affect your family. But for those of us who have been there, the judge matters. The way families are treated matters. Compassion matters. Stability matters. And having someone who understands the importance of these decisions matters. Judge Meredith has been part of two very significant chapters in our family’s story, and for that, I will always be grateful. ❤️ I’m sharing our personal experience because I believe the families who have actually walked through Family Court should have a voice in the conversation about what happens there. One family. One judge. One court. Behind every case is a child, a family, and a story. ❤️

Legal Knowledge: does not apply the actual law. goes based on how she’s feeling that day. pathetic Fairness & Impartiality: the worst judge I have ever seen in my life. she isn’t for families she’s for whatever makes her ego grow bigger she will take a child from a happy home and place them in a trap house with someone they barley know over false allegations. Timeliness: takes over 8 months to rule and then forgets and pushes things out even farther

Family court Legal Knowledge: She denied my son to be adopted by the only father he has ever has known (my husband) he was 12 even told Monica he wanted my husband to be his real dad, he had never even met his real father. All paper work had been filled out and signed, but sense the real father was in prison for very serious charges and not in front of her, she denied it. let me just remind you all paper work had been signed by him and myself and notorized by the prison. We had to file a new order and ask for a different judge who approved it instantly and said it should have never been denied !!! She does what she wants, when she wants. No rules or law apply's to her. Fairness & Impartiality: She doesn't care about fairness or Impartiality!!! Judicial Temperament: Rude, careless, heartless, and hateful Communication: None ! wouldn't even let my husband or myself speak. She took nothing in consideration! Timeliness: N/A

Legal Knowledge: Ii have never seen a more worse Judge then her.
