judge over my Meade county CPS case Legal Knowledge: would never let me submit evidence even worse he was informed of the multiple times of abuse happening to my children and ignored it Fairness & Impartiality: will always side with CPS and the Gardian At Litem Judicial Temperament: he constantly threatened to put me in jail, constantly held hearings of contempt of court, but never put me in jail because then later told me in another corpse seating that the court order never existed Communication: he does not listen to biological family sides whatsoever he ignores evidence Timeliness: he does not give proper court orders. He even made an order stating I cannot get the court proceedings where he told me that the court order did not exist.

their children were wrongfully removed and continue to be held in foster care through blown deadlines, ICWA violations, gatekeeping of paternity, biased and irregular hearings, unreliable drug-testing evidence, repeated and escalating medical incidents in state care, incomplete medical disclosures, and contradictory records and court orders—even while the adjudication order states that continued removal is not contrary to the children’s welfare. Legal Knowledge: many state and federal violations Fairness & Impartiality: refuse to hear defense attorneys objections held crucial hearings in secret with no record Judicial Temperament: extreme anger when challenged will make you pay for questioning Communication: false or misleading Timeliness: 220 days untill adjudication was heard and no waiver
