Judicial Temperament: She lights into pro se litigants with seemingly zero need or cause. I run a court watcher organization and we routinely visits court rooms in the bluegrass to assist in reporting bad judges to appropriate organizations. I would not put Judge Witt on that list but she definitely is not a rockstar either. We have documented visits where everything seemed to be going fine and she just starts yelling at litigants for almost no reason. Then just completely refuses to rule.
