Brand new divorce filing of my ex-husband and he wasn’t getting what he wanted so he filed a fake PFA against me on behalf of himself in my children with lies. The judge believed it and approved it and he thought he had the upper hand by getting me kicked out of my house and getting me removed from the home and getting temporary custody of my children so then I get word of this and I scramble to get an attorney. We file an emergency motion to discuss this and at that hearing my ex-husband‘s father committed perjury I was not even given an opportunity to speak or to do anything, I was not allowed my rights as an American citizen, and I was temporarily removed from my home and temporarily lost custody of my babies that I’ve been with 100% of the time for the moment they were born for a decade I was the primary caregiver. I ran a licensed home care out of her home. I was suddenly without a job and without able to support myself for a family I was homeless. I did not have my children. It was a bad deal, and this judge just went right along with it without so much as one shred of evidence, therefore traumatizing me and my kids, and putting them in grave danger, but their abusive father and this judge this woman told me because she was having a bad day and this was a waste of her time that she would do what ever it took to protect the kids who are not even in danger until they were ordered to be with the abuser which she did herself Legal Knowledge: She judges based on personal opinion and whether or not she’s having a bad day he does not follow judicial guidelines Fairness & Impartiality: She’s very much biased Judicial Temperament: Horrible she has her a mood and feelings too come out in her courtroom and in her judgment, and she takes it out on other people unfairly Communication: If you do not have an attorney representing you, then she will not even allow you your American rights
