Judge Kurtis Loy placed an illegal junction on me after he confessed he was biased against me and that I deserve to be punished. he took it upon himself to file as the attorney and then sign off on the orders as the judge and then he confessed in the documents that he didn't wait the court mandated 21 days and signed the order to make it permanent after 14 days and then registered it in a county that I didn't even live in Butler County in order to judicially kidnap me for contempt of order when I did anything try to defend myself or file any documents. in the petition that the judge wrote it was nothing but false accusations from the man who exploited and kidnapped my child and the repeated lies which meant that Kurtis Loy had had ex parte communication which had already been confessed to by the criminal in an email to the court in evidence which the judge did not know because he had never been a single part of any hearing whatsoever in which I had participated in. the judge 100% denied my right to any due process. and no matter what I did he had his heart set on nothing but 100% revenge and retaliation for the sole purpose of the fact that I'm a woman and he makes that very clear in his writings. Fairness & Impartiality: the judge actually writes in his documents how biased he is against me before he files as the attorney and then as the judge in the same case Legal Knowledge: the judge is so busy being biased he overlooks every ounce of the letter of the law he is solely focused on getting his revenge that he files as the attorney and then signs off as the judge negating the fact that he is committed multiple criminal felonies Judicial Temperament: the judge is a complete Hot Head and when you look him up just on one newspaper publication system shows he has 101 judicial misconduct complaints filed against him by several litigants. the judge takes the time to file retaliation against the defendant and disciplinary action against the judges to take revenge on their personal lives as punishment for having one in any court case against him Communication: the judge doesn't stoop below him to communicate with anyone in any case in all of his writings they are so arrogant that his facts come through very loud and clear
