family court
Legal Knowledge: threw a fit when I requested GAL and said it would not change his decision. He was also making snide remarks about the fact I had my support in court with me. It's pretty obvious that lawyers aren't allowed to challenge him or they will be punished for it. When I asked my attorney to stand up for my rights I was informed to retain another attorney that he no longer represents me.
Fairness & Impartiality: he has made his presumptions and won't be swayed. All about the money machine getting the title IV-d established so he gets his incentive
Judicial Temperament: he absolutely needs counseling. shows contempt for everyone in front of him.
Communication: he doesn't have time for explanation unless it's a diatribe about his expertise on subject matter outside of his judicial prowess(or lack of)hear him tell a mother in a case how ignorant she was thinking she could take her child to Mexico in the middle of a "plandemic". He very in touch with the source of his ill-gotten gains
Timeliness: extremely quick and not in a good way. The only reason you are there is so he can tell you what he decided and that it in the best interest and how he uses his professional expert discretion at nauseam

felony cases
Legal Knowledge: Allows alot of " the good Ole boy" system to go on in his courtroom. He's fair but allows things to go on thaT shouldnt. such as defense attorneys not doing there job defending. allows them to act like they are apart of the prosecution. so in all honesty nobody gets a fair trial that can't afford to pay for it. seems to play by there own rules.
Judicial Temperament: will ridicule family members when they are forced to step in because lawyer isn't doing their job. Act like he doesn't know who you are when in fact he knows exactly who you are.
Communication: I feel he should go over the plea deals that are made because apparently the defendants are just being told to initial boxes and really not knowing what rights they are giving up or exactly what their plea bargains are stating because the public defenders 5 minute hallway meeting 10 minutes before court just isn't doing it.
Fairness & Impartiality: Would expect a lot less of the game playing to go on considering he is the chief judge. I would expect him to stop an attorney who is not trying to help fight for client instead of allowing it to happen. I would think he would want to set a higher standard for his courtroom.
