Violaitng both civil rights and federal and misdemeanor laws. constantly directs the court in ways he should not because he uses to be a prosecutor which is against the law but also proceeds with cases he has basis on and refuses to do as federal and state law require when asked to leave which is state the bias and why he won’t remove he just ignores request like it was never filed! handfuls upon handfuls of cases where he’s over stepped and wrongfully convicted. also helps dcs to get title 4 funding, and large case loads kick back funding and sever things else. has 0 factual court cases goes off pure hear say alone. also will force a limited admission and say that we had to do it because he was gonna find jusicstuon regardless but MADE us do a limited admission and didn’t explain that it meant we lost rights to appeal or that it made us “guilty”. he said he was finding judicstion he said a military admission would just be us explaining what we wanna say we didn’t know anything.
