I watched Judge Kyle Noone allow a illegal proceeding go based on hearsay. When he should have recuse his self from the case immediately because he knew the individual personally. But he didn't recuse his self, he allowed the illegal case to go forward. I watched Prosecutor Rodney Cummings hyper-exaggerate the case and talked about him being in Vietnam and bullets flying past his head. This case was built on accusations from a conversation the man had with a women who worked for the water department. Who said that defendant said on the phone that he was going to shoot up or blow up the water company. But when the women got up on the stand after delaying the trial for 30 minutes and she was asked questions she said that the individual didn't cuss at her. That he was polite and back pedal her story. But Prosecutors Rodney Cummings wanted to keep bring up about the fact he was in Vietnam and bullets flying pass his head and was unhinged. But Judge Kyle Noone allowed it to take place, this was truly a kangaroo court case. Then came sentencing the man fired his Attorney Zaki Ali who's only rebuttal during the trial was that the court was being racist which was mind blowing that a Attorney would stand up and use that as his only objection. So when the man fired his Attorney infront of everybody during sentencing. He called out everybody in that court room even Judge Kyle Noone and the Prosecutor Rodney Cummings it was beautiful. Everybody's jaw was on the floor then the man said where is the probable cause/ where's the proof that I said what is claimed that I said. Judge Kyle Noone said there is none and the man said you have know case. This man was not an attorney he just spoke the truth and the truth prevailed. As he walked out of the court room a free man he won his case. I watched the Probation Officer Heather Brazil run up to Judge Kyle Noone as the man left the court house with his fiance and baby. I heard Judge Kyle Noone and Heather Brazil colluding and he said we will charge him any ways this was disgusting behavior and corruption on display infront of the courtroom. Then the women from the water company who obviously lied son was in the court room for actually committing multiple crimes. It was karma on display and the man did called out the fact that her son was in court and he got busted for having felony drugs on him and driving without a license. These are the type of illegal court cases that go on in small town's. Who seek to extort individuals unlawfully and the Constitution is never brought up at all. Thats why I'm telling this true story to spread awareness. People have got to start learning there Constitutional Right's and these Judges like Kyle Noone need to be held accountable for there illegal action's. Because this is not justice this is corruption. That man should have recieved his bail money back along with attorney fees. But that didn't happen and the court not only violated the man Constitutional Rights but also extorted him and still charged him behind his back. This story should concern everybody who read's it.
Legal Knowledge: Multiple Civil Rights violations, corruption, colluding, extortion, false imprisonment, violation of due process, and a case based on hearsay.
Fairness & Impartiality: There was clear bias and the case should of been immediately dismissed with prejudice because it was built on hearsay. No evidence just pure corruption on display.
Judicial Temperament: Judge Kyle Noone listened but in the end did not follow the Law/Constitution and violated the man's Constitutional Right's. It's concerning that Judge Kyle Noone is still a Judge and is also an Attorney with his own practice.
Communication: Judge Kyle Noone did not tell the man he was being charged and he allowed the man to leave the courtroom a free man. But charged the man anyways and the Probation Officer I believe had some say in violating the mans Right's as well.
