Support and custody Legal Knowledge: Continues to ignore constitutional protections and rights. Labeled my filing as “nonsensical” and has refused to even hear any portion of my side of this case. Fairness & Impartiality: Highly baised toward mothers and has this weird obsession with having lawyers involved instead of a pro se lidigent. Judicial Temperament: Refused to even look at any evidence I had to contradict what my ex was saying about me. Or could confirm that she and her spouse were lying under oath and in front of this “judge”. Does not address issues going on or why they continue to happen. Communication: Doesn’t explain a thing, in any regards. Again, this is where the weird lawyer thing keeps coming up. Instead of just explaining or talking things out. Timeliness: There hasn’t been a decision that I have seen from this court.
