Timeliness: He continued to allow the other party to accuse the other party of ridiculous accusations that there was NO evidence of and he allowed them to drag it out (for payment to lawyers) over FIVE YEARS!!!! It was a simple divorce and this judge should have been able to do his job and protect the person who had been abused as well as the children, and not continued to allow the abuse and even abuse them himself!
