Legal Knowledge: During motion court appearances, she couldn’t remember the law and sited incorrectly several times. Fairness & Impartiality: Absolutely NOT! during my family members murder trial she showed so much bias and prejudice behavior towards us. She has a history stemming from the 1990’s of over sentencing and finding the innocent guilty. Several cases have been overturned in the Appellate Court. she’s dangerous. court room 400 Judicial Temperament: nasty. she often rolled her eyes while our family members was on the stands, staring at us as we showed emotion ( threatening to have us removed from the court room for crying.) Used tactics to attempt to provoke our loved one. Sarcastically, laugh at inappropriate times during trial. very poor professional. Often shocked with others stand up for themselves. Communication: was very vague. always had a nice nasty attitude Timeliness: Always on time to over sentence someone.
