I asked this judge under which court was this being held he answered statutory and under the constitution this is not permitted. this court was being held for no liscence no insurance... I asked him if he could direct me the Statutory Charter so I may better inform myself of the consequences. he asked if I went yo law school and told me I cant represent myself. he tried entering a plea on my behalf I objected and said only mt lawyer ir myself is allowed to do that. he said he could if he wants to and proceeded to threaten me to cone to court with my toothbrush cause I'd be going to jail. he was beyond unprofessional and didn't prove jurisdiction when I challenged it. practicing law from the bench... there are so many things wrong with the way this man handled this case. Legal Knowledge: violated my rights multiple times and his oath of office. Fairness & Impartiality: was rude insulted me and refused to let me represent myself over traffic infractions Judicial Temperament: rude and multiple times spoke down to me as if I was in capable of understanding the court or my rights Communication: Just told me I can't defend myself cause j didn't go to law school and treated me as if I were incompetent Timeliness: violated my right to due process and the recorder falsified the court doc saying I waived my rights which I was adamantly stating that I do no give up any rights and do not understand any thing because it is all repugnant to the constitution. these are victimless crimes
