Farmer should be removed from the bench and disbarred for his deliberate and willful unethical and biased conduct which includes giving veiled orders to the court reporter to erase transcripts so his staff (in his words) “don’t end up in a federal trial.” He deliberately violates constitutional due process and civil rights, and if challenged threatens with contempts and has used court orders to silence his victims- all while his staff watch and fail to report him. Fairness & Impartiality: Kevin Farmer is biased in favor of attorneys whom have contributed to his campaign. He advocates from the bench for the parties he favors even when the other party is not represented and this at a disadvantage, demonstrating bias, a clear violation of the judicial canons. Judicial Temperament: Kevin Farmer has made many comments about the current Administration violating the judicial canons. Allegedly he has called women out of their name in open court and made references to young girl’s clothing hyper-sexualizing them. Communication: Kevin Farmer deliberately obfuscates the rules and when corrected retaliates. Timeliness: Kevin Framer will go an entire ten months without determining whether he has jurisdiction to hear a case then will cover it up upon learning he does not have jurisdiction. He will go months without hearing emergency motions unless you’re the party he favors.
