dependency case where this woman will remove your kids as punishment for any reason whatsoever. will collude with DFCS to keep your kids from you and manufacturer non-compliance against you. violate due process by recording late orders that prevent you from being able to dispute or appeal any findings on the order that was not discussed in open court. extremely bias and good luck having her play fair, she denied every single motion from me in my case besides 2 continuances. when I found out that she owns the building where DFCS decided to have our supervised visitation at coincidentally, I motioned for recusal, she denied that as well. filed a complaint with the public corruption division with the fbi and a complaint with the JQC. this woman kidnaps undamaged kids from good parents, alienate you from them, not force DFCS to do their job, restrict your access to court and services, then use their lack of performance to be the basis to terminate your parental rights. Communication: doesn’t rule in the hearing or file her orders for months thereafter and when she does file, it’s always nunc pro tunc Legal Knowledge: summarily denied multiple threahold motions prior to TPR and will interpret the codes to fit her narrative/objective Fairness & Impartiality: totally against you and for the state. Judicial Temperament: it’s hard for her to control her attitude and dismay towards you. Timeliness: non existent
