Legal Knowledge: My child was kidnapped by his previous guardian. Guardianship expired in 2023 and he even stated at the hearing that he knows very little about family law. Fairness & Impartiality: This judge is allowing my child’s former guardian to kidnap him from me. I needed some time to get my head right and allowed a woman to be my child’s guardian temporarily and now, she refuses to return my son and this judge is allowing that. Judicial Temperament: If you get him for a judge, recuse him somehow.
