Motion for Contempt for attorney fees. The underlying fees stemmed from failure to comply with the ordered parenting plan as it relates to signing for the child’s passport, Fathers refusal was do to the mother committing a second degree felony fraud at the elementary school by enrolling the child under the old birth certificate for 2 years with help from a racially and politically motivated principal. The father failed to file the appropriate motions in family court to hold the alienating mother in contempt after local law enforcement and the prosecutors office (Neighboring County), refused to prosecute do to no financial damages and to protect the reputation of the corrupt and highly incompetent education system in that county. Thus far the Judge has been fair to all parties while remaining within the scope of the hearings.
