small claims court & civil court Legal Knowledge: He is a bias judge and does favors for the local attorney. I caught him and attorney Alan L Raines from Raines legal trying to violate my due process and now they are trying to cover up the mess. After he approved my statement of evidence and closed the case and transmitted it to the court of appeals he then allowed for the defendant counsel to file a motion and reverse his order in order to help the defendant counsel. I then filed a motion to stay and he reversed his decision back to it original order. I then file a hearing to address the prejudice they caused against me he then punished me with sanaction for exercising my rights. I filed a lawsuit for abuse of process against Alan Raines for his participation in the court hearing and reported the judge. Becareful with this judge and the local attorney Alan Raines Fairness & Impartiality: He very bias and does favors for local attorney Judicial Temperament: He is a calm judge and does let you talk but when he tells you I’m going to look into it that means he cutting you off so you won’t keep speaking on the record and most likely you’re motions will be denied Communication: He is horrible in ruling and most likely will rule against you. He created a mess in my case by ruling on something and then reversing his decision and creating prejudice against me i caught it and ordered him to stay and he then reversed his position back to his original order. what a mess he created. I filed a judicial complaint against him. Timeliness: My statement of evidence sat in the record for 3 months and he did nothing. I had to file an emergency motion to get the the record settled, approved and transmitted he then punished me for doing so and said what I did was unlawful
