dependency case and TPR... the facts were not presented and the state didn't have grounds to even terminate due to Ada. I was post partum fighting for my rights that I already were supposed to have to even be acknowledged. the state didn't know factual events like where or who or how my daughter even was placed into custody... there was even a court order that went ignored and therefore was violated twice and above everything my right to be even heard was disregarded to the fullest.they never even ASKED ME how as a mother i goy to that point, amd everything has a tome stamp, 48hrs.. if there are unresolved issues and its been 48 hrs kiss it goodbye.. they terminated my rights and didn't have any evidence to do so at all. it was like I wasn't even there and so they focused on the father as if my fate was predetermined long before we even stepped foot in any courtroom at all.. he was not even a factual judge and really shouldn't even be in the seat he's In, he got that seat by default and wasn't ever voted in by us so should he be determining our fate with our children?? kiss the u.s constitution bye-bye in these chambers everything i. this courtroom was fruit if the poisonous tree....beware it is also VERY OBVIOUS that he's got a thing for the fiestY D.A with the bags under her eyes... he let's her get away with what he allows her to object on us Legal Knowledge: needs to attend constitutional classes and go pitch him a tent somewhere and stop Google eyeing the d.a Fairness & Impartiality: he often acted bored during the trial process as if he qas too bored to even pay attention Judicial Temperament: he seems patient, and his review as if he does good deeds in the community with his adopt a thons...... but nobody tells you where he got the kids... from hard working loving parents after the courts destroy them Communication: there is no communication .. only gag orders in this courtroom Timeliness: was proven that the case worker neglected her duties as well as the cate takers violated an order given by the magistrate and it went swept under the rug
