paternity case. I (father) had full custody for multiple years while mother was unable or unwilling to be a substantial part of my sons life. I was pro se, the mother was represented. Legal Knowledge: she is very knowledgeable about the current precedent. Fairness & Impartiality: she is excellent at impartiality however is somewhat biased when taking the word of a litigant over the word of a lawyer. Judicial Temperament: Do not waste her time or the other litigants time. She will yell because unfortunately in family court there is not too much else she can do. Communication: has some ambiguity in her rulings but overall usually clear and understood. Timeliness: she is great at making decisions, her magistrate on the other hand is lacking.
