Dependency case. Legal Knowledge: my observation through Several cases acting judge, Lewis was practicing law from the bench and intimidating and manipulating parties in the case. I observed a case that acting Judge Lewis manipulated in practice law from the bench 15 times within 30 minutes. Lewis was very biased and acted non-impartial. Lewis acts are fraudulent and treasonous to the people causing harm and damages.
