Fairness & Impartiality: this judge has done everything to keep court watchers out. he last stated CW would need to file a motion to be allowed in zoom hearings. Judge has wasted time interviewing CW and forcing names to be given despite hearings being public

Legal Knowledge: Judge Speysenski knows and often cites case law, but prioritizes his own knowledge over the facts in front of him.
Fairness & Impartiality: Judge Sprysenski did not ensure due process. he made so many legal errors and sided with an attorney who was running for judge over me, when I was representing myself. He refused to acknowledge domestic violence and twisted the facts for the other party, making legal arguments for them. He then gave the abuser majority timesharing and ultimate decision making. He court-ordered trauma for my children and removed my ability to protect them, all under the label of “best interest.”
Judicial Temperament: Judhe Sprysenski makes lots of out of pocket comments, and frequently rambles on about himself. He loses patience quickly with self-represented litigants, and when he is “helpful,” he is actually guiding your case to control what you can say.
Communication: Judge Sprysenski continues to improperly serve orders so I don’t receive them and then threaten me with contempt for not following orders I didn’t know existed. He expects you to read his mind.
Timeliness: Judge Sprysenski took a month after our trial to give an oral ruling and a month after the oral ruling to sign the orders.
