Family Case Legal Knowledge: She told the illegal immigrant that raped me and was trying to get custody of the child to stay in the country that if he got deported, he should just come on back and she would restore his rights. I am pretty sure that is a felony...Her legal knowledge is shaped by her Liberal Political views and her friendships. Fairness & Impartiality: She decides hearings in her closed door meetings in her office before the case is even heard. If you have an out of county attorney, you already lost. After my lawyer met with her and came to get me to walk in the court room she said, "don't even bother trying, you have been prejuded". You can apparently "buy" justice if you are associated with her friends. Judicial Temperament: She did not let me defend myself and just sided with the other side from the first word. Since I realized I was not going to change anything by trying harder, I did not get her mad so she did not scream at me. But she was rude, condesending and sarcastic even when there was no resistance from me. I believe this was her being nice. Communication: She has her lawyer friends write her orders and doesn't bother checking them. She signed an order that said there was a hearing and a finding when in reality there was no hearing, we had a stipulated agreement. When her lawyer friend violated her own order, she made an excuse and gave them more time. Her friends can do no wrong and you will only get justice if you are part of the Good Old Boy club. Rumor has it she is nicer to women, it is bad info. It is all about the friendshships. Timeliness: If she does not write her orders, you are at the mercy of her lawyer friends. Her hearings are pretty quick when everything was pre-decided in a secret meeting before there is ever an actual hearing with evidence.
