Family court case Legal Knowledge: This judge said "you can't go by what children say" when asking me ways I knew he was abusive. A child may only speak up one time, you should always listen to a child. More than one child and a woman. This man is clueless when it comes to different forms of abuse, coercive control, narcissistic parents, etc. He should take his role more seriously. My child that's still with me and myself asked him and dcf for help and they completely failed. The system is broken and judges like this are apart of it. He's determining children's and parents lives and well being carelessly. He mine as well be an advocate for abusive men and pedophiles. My children were not put first. A very cruel "man" was instead. Not to mention he believed a person who told lies on paper, clearly, that can be proven false easily. An obvious liar. What a joke.
