Judge was 30 minutes late. Then, she met with the attorneys and stated that she wasn’t going to even open our file, that we had to agree on time sharing, custody, and child support or she was going to automatically give 50/50 custody of my child. Our trial was set in advance for 8 months. Wasted almost $10K just on the trial date alone. She’s lazy and because of her negligence, my child was abused by his father on the second set of overnight. She doesn’t care about the chid’s best interest and is lazy. Legal Knowledge: She fails to do her due diligence and robs you of due process. I’m filing a judicial complaint with the bar on her. Fairness & Impartiality: Refuses to conduct a trial and rule in the best interest of the child. Judicial Temperament: She is lazy and needs to be removed from the bench. Communication: Refused to conduct my trial that was set 8 months in advance.
