Legal Knowledge: this judge order a hearing based off a completely lie that was legally impossible. he is completely corrupt. unfair unconstitutional and doesn’t follow state law or uphold court orders. Fairness & Impartiality: this judge allowed my ex to use pictures. I posted on Facebook of the neglect. He did to my daughter as evidence against me showing that Eye was embarrassing, my daughter, and when I tried to submit evidence, he called it hearsay when I showed that the evidence that he submitted against me, was actual evidence of abuse that my ex caused he striked the evidence out of the record so I could not use it for the abuse it was. I submit 30 exhibits. he put me on permanent supervised visitation with my 15 year-old daughter with no evidence against me no abuse against me only because my daughter refused to return to the home where she was being abused by her father and stepmother Judicial Temperament: he has a very evil quiet about him. You don’t know how to read him, but let me tell you he is definitely corrupt because I showed without a doubt that the orders that we were under were violated by the other party and he still ordered in his favor and dismissed all of my evidence . Communication: he gave no reason for why he put me on permanent supervised visitation. He made up things that didn’t even happen and were we weren’t even in court for in the final order.
