I am writing with urgency, fear, and a profound sense of injustice after what transpired in court today. At an emergency hearing, I brought forward witnesses-my mother and my child's therapist-both speaking out of concern for my son's safety. During sworn testimony, the therapist revealed deeply alarming disclosures made by my child. He reported that his father touched him inappropriately in the shower and in bed. These statements were not casual remarks; they were made in a clinical setting to a mandated professional. Even more disturbing, the father acknowledged that he touched him. Despite these tacts, the court awarded the father sole legal and physical custody. I have been restricted to supervised visitation. I cannot understand how a system that is meant to protect children could reach such a decision in the face of these disclosures and admissions. This outcome raises urgent and serious questions about how children's safety is being evaluated and whether their voices are truly being heard. I am not writing this lightly. I am writing because I am afraid for my child. I am writing because I believe this situation demands immediate attention, scrutiny, and accountability. No child should be placed in a situation where credible concerns of harm have been raised and not fully addressed. This is not only about my child-it is about a system that must be held to the highest standard when it come to protecting the vulnerable. If this happened to my case , this can happen to anyone . Please I ask for help , I ask we all come together and put a stop to the dangers that courts system are putting our children in . Please stand and fight with me ! For our children in this nation!  ↓

court was aware that I misfiled as I as pro se and Judge continued to make rulings on incorrect filing. judge relied on an email as “expert testimony.” filed a contempt motion that was extremely crucial to my parental rights yet Judgr decided to hear the matter at time of trial. way to late when the contempt was active after court order was issued. Legal Knowledge: relied on Hersay from a third party in the form of an email, did mit hear a contempt motion was that active and critical for the parent. Fairness & Impartiality: relied on counsel from opposing party Communication: had he heard the contempt motion, plaintiff could have defended parental rights more appropriately. Timeliness: he should have heard the contempt motion rather than delaying it until trial
