while I was in court, I had told her the reason why I’m in jail because my daughter was missing and I asked her to help me and she turned the other way and still continuously is charging me till this day with violation of a protection order when I have paper stating my daughter is missing and I have it violated any protection order. She still put the protection order and when I told her the protective party will lie to get me and jail so I won’t get my daughter. Legal Knowledge: El Paso County judges are very corrupt. This Judge stood by as my daughter was missing. Fairness & Impartiality: I asked her to help me get my daughter and not put the protection order because the protective party is going to try to keep me in jail even if I didn’t violate the protection order and she said she couldn’t help me and that’s exactly what they’re doing Judicial Temperament: when I went to court, and she didn’t want to hear anything, I said about my daughter or why I was in that situation. I was guilty to proven guilty if that makes sense. Communication: i’ve tried to communicate with her over the years with me, having a warrant, sent her numerous screenshots and Fax of the protective party, threatening me, and they still tried to arrest me
