He threw the book at me money wise, mainly because I was self represented and didn’t understand the process. However, despite things not going my way when I came before him several things stood out to me. For one, I thought he was fair and only focused on what the law allowed. He was very skeptical and dint have much tolerance for fabricated evidence, he took people at their word, but definitely asked proving questions. He was very calm, respectful and professional. I personally trusted his decisions even if I didn’t like them because of how he approached the situation. He is now in criminal court, I have no experience with him in this area, but when he did child support I thought he did a great job. Fairness & Impartiality: I could not find any reason to suspect bias in his decisions. Judicial Temperament: One of the most professional court personnel I’ve encountered. Communication: His rulings were always done on the spot and orders were always drafted the same day experienced this first hand on three separate occasions. Timeliness: Very punctual, no nonsense gentleman.
