Domestic Violence Restraining Order Legal Knowledge: She sat in for my assigned Judge because mine was out for the week. She was very fair, listened to both sides, but ultimately saw past my ex’s BS and essentially threw the book at him. She read the entire declaration and granted a DVTRO while we await an evidentiary hearing, and is requiring drug screens, SoberLink, supervised visitations, etc. She granted 6 hours of visitation per week. I thought she was very astute and cautionary.
