DVRO hearing. I was the moving party accusing abuse. I had verified relevant evidence that a Judge refused to allow as an exhibit. Inappropriate comments from the Bench to Attorneys and Litigants. Ignored minimum notification of days for being served and moved forward with trial while ignoring due process and rules of court. Rules of evidence were violated without allowing counsel to put things on the record. Final statements from the Judge acknowledged prejudice and Judge made decision without supporting fact. Fairness & Impartiality: Tone and Deportment were beyond any reasonable persons version of fair or respectful. Visible bias and contempt when talking to either party. Judicial Temperament: Lieutenant Colonel Marine Corp Judge. No excuse for visibly bias behavior from a Court Officer Communication: communicated clearly and directly. The communication was sometimes legally incorrect. Sometimes legally sound but his tone and Deportment need work Timeliness: No issue with the Courts timeliness but it's expectation on Counsel and Parties is beyond unreasonable
