He is a commissioner not a judge. Fairness & Impartiality: This Commissioner will favor whatever attorney contributes to his reelection fund or favoritism is shown to those he has a working experience with Judicial Temperament: Often interrupts on critical points does not give anyone enough time to make legal argument assumes conclusions before evidence is presented Communication: Lax, basic literary knowledge cannot communicate effectively Timeliness: Unnecessarily delayed cases and miss quotes the record frequently
