Robberies Legal Knowledge: I was an in pro per litigant and I was questioning my trial counsels performance about his failure to not suppress a choresed confession that was the prosecutions case-in-chief evidence. When I brought up both California and the United States precedent case law Jackson v. Denno, Judge Cena stated "What year was that from?" to which I said "Why does it matter what year?", Cena: "Well of course it matters" to which I say "Most of our laws and constitutional rights are over 100 years old" Judge Cena became flustered and said "Well I'm not going to argue with you." even though... Judge Cena had no idea where he was at. This is a constant feature with many different stories of Judge Cena giving judicial determinations without any reference to case law or statutes. Just a bunch of NO's & I DON'T THINK SO's. Fairness & Impartiality: Judge David Cena had his court report crease testimony of a witness on several occasions. Judicial Temperament: Impatient and disrespectfully arrogant Communication: Rulings were not rooted in science nor common sense and he never used any type of case law. He just basically said no. Timeliness: Right away said no for no reason.
