juvenile court and she on the record knows of the other party not showing up for visits with my children and my own child had to see their abuser and was fearful just to be heard and she “said if he hurt the kids again he’d lose his rights period” on the record and guess what he still got away with it and it’s all on the records and nothing was ever done that’s just one main incident that has me concerned than the fact that I provided my proof and reasons and again my PROOF and it was ignored and not even looked at but pushed aside and she looked at the attorneys and they said no and she followed suite I don’t believe that she is the type of judge that has knowledge and let alone a heart to be working with children or humans for that matter she’s ignorant and is there for her paycheck does the bare minimum and not to mention a cop killer from riverside county please don’t let her continue to ruin more lives PLEASE Legal Knowledge: again she put on record consequences for a parent if continued abuse and they continued abuse and there was notes of it and she again doesn’t read her paperwork that is submitted and Ignored it and my kids are suffering due to her negligence Fairness & Impartiality: she allows the court room to dictate anything that happens she’s like a robot Judicial Temperament: she was laughing with other attorneys while I’m sitting in the room talking about their vacations coming up Communication: tried to make me feel stupid for asking questions for clarification on things pertaining to my kids Timeliness: she again made a stupid decision and paperwork stated trial and than we go to trial and those listed to speak and question me on trial never showed up and it’s a joke
