DV Child Custody Timeliness: Has postponed a trial for over four years Fairness & Impartiality: Favors Minors Counsel. Ruled upon the motion to recuse him as a judge from my case, himself instead of having another judge review it. Judicial Temperament: stated “It looks like the Autsim shifted away, MOTHER, and now it’s ADHD.” Has allowed minors counsel to state “I just want the child to be normal and giving him services is what makes him disabled” Communication: Ruled on the motion to remove him from my case himself, never clarifying in the ruling why he didn’t send it to another judge as he should have.
