i am a dv survivor, she has taken my rights little by little nd given them to an abuser. my son is now seeing dv at dads house. she ignores any safety concerns and will reward the abusive parent what they want Legal Knowledge: she will expect a pro se to behave like a lawyer. imagine having ptsd and still going thru active abuse and excalations and she has no empathy at all for our childreb Fairness & Impartiality: she is not fair she does not care for children she only casres to get through the cases as fast as possible while doing no work at all. she will barley be reading up on things spwnding first hlf of hearing figuring out whats going on. worst part is there is never court reporters. Judicial Temperament: she will not let me talk if i am soeaking on concerns invilving harassment and dv and coercive control Communication: shes rude, and is only lind if enough people ate watching Timeliness: she rushes through every hearing

she does not follow the laws for domestic violence gives legal advice from the bench holds private hearing to hide putting children in danger ignores police reports and court transcripts talks badly about other judges while on the bench tells parents to ignore their children reporting unsafe behaviors from adults in their life. uses a court liaison to help her take children away from loving protective parents this court liaison tells parents it’s game of chess when you work with him he is allowed to show up unannounced and expect to be allowed inside the homes of parents who have never committed a crime never been accused of abuse or neglect etc but are just getting a divorce or custody issues. Judge Whilden denied my right to a trial and keeps temporary orders only in order to give custody to a man who is on the child abuse registry is a convicted drug trafficker and is currently on probation for a DUI and plead guilty to assault of a child. this court strongly favors fathers regardless of safety concerns and clear evidence.
