Refusal to address Due Process and jurisdictional defects Legal Knowledge: "I appeared before Judge Kaufman to challenge a void judgment based on a total lack of personal jurisdiction (failure of service). Despite providing evidence of the jurisdictional defect, the court refused to allow me to present my full argument. The judge demonstrated a hostile demeanor toward a self-represented litigant, repeatedly speaking over me and silencing my attempts to cite mandatory California authorities. Specifically, the court ignored the mandates of County of San Diego v. Gorham (2010) and In re Marriage of Smith (1982), which establish that subsequent appearances do not validate a void judgment. Instead of acting as an impartial arbiter, the court appeared to advocate for the Department, shielding a 2021 order from review despite a clear lack of proof of service in the record. I was going through a divorce, during the whole case of course I never received any due process throughout the whole entire case, especially once I went on to represent myself after being financially destroyed and could no longer afford counsel, I had an issue with the judge who continued to violate due process and did not allow me to object or even speak anymore after continuously getting caught colluding with opposing counsel in my case and discriminating me openly and telling me the constitution does not apply here, Shelley Kaufman then reassigned this judge but made the reassignment look like just an administrative event when it was clearly not, she did this to help her fellow judge as the judge supervisor at Stanley Mosk court house, I have personally witnessed Shelley Kaufman in hearings violate due process and intimidate litigants by silencing them and having the baliff intimidate people into not speaking, she’s out of control, needs to be arrested Legal Knowledge: There is no point Shelley Kaufman does not follow any legality or laws especially the constitution. Fairness & Impartiality: fairness does not exist with Shelley Kaufman she is against Americans and the constitution Judicial Temperament: Shelly Kaufman violated due process and uses the bailiff to intimidate litigants especially in custody and child support hearings to intimidate people to stop talking Communication: horrible communication since due process does not exist in Kaufmans hearings all of her communication is bias and abusive Timeliness: Kaufman will just falsify everything and say you are untimely even when litigants are not. Since Kaufman is above the law her word is law
