DVRO Trial Judicial Temperament: Eye rolling, huffing and puffing. I've never seen anything like this is in a court room. Completely unprofessional. Fairness & Impartiality: Poor experience with getting permanent protective orders. Women's domestic violence shelter that I'm involved with said this judge has a bad reputation there with many women having poor experiences. Timeliness: she is especially concerned with moving cases quickly through her courtroom... to a fault. yelled at multiple cases throughout the day about wasting the courts time. I've sat in family law courtrooms with multiple judges for 8 years now and never seen a judge say this so many times. Legal Knowledge: My attorney with years of specialized domestic violence experience was appalled and frustrated by how the judge handled my trial and her not understanding the facts.
