Took my child without hearing my side (I was never served and had no idea a trial was happening) and just gave him to his abusive father who has a documented history of abuse and lying in court. I was given ZERO parenting time, not even supervised. I am a GOOD mother with no history of any abuse or neglect or trouble, whatsoever. Judge not responding at all to motions to hear my case and evidence.
Legal Knowledge: he is as corrupt as it comes! He includes what other corrupt actors and family court. He gets caught, making his own laws and not actual state laws. Strong implicit bias. Poor disposition. He has falsified information regarding evidence to create the narrative he wishes to create. Judicial Temperament: he carries his job like it’s a burden and not a privilege. Communication: Poor dishonest communication Timeliness: his timeline list depends on which litigant files of motion. The opposing party filed an enforcement junction and had a hearing within five days. I followed motion and did not hear from his office until I reached out 60 days later.
