she ruled on a emergency filing when she was out of jurisdiction Judicial Temperament: she would get so mad at the other party due to their behavior and walk out but some how still ruled in their behalf after see everything they have done in the court room knowing that they way worse outside of the court room. the other party was knowledgeable lying in the court room but never got in trouble for that or their behavior Timeliness: she is very slow on responding or filing a ruling and we have been dealing with this for like 7 years
